the rules the councils go by 1: ~~all power and park and only use for once self thing and not to help any one out~~ 2: ~~can not use any power to be big then any other player~~ 3:~~mush show off the server on a site one a day it not they will be mart~~ 4:~~wind any councils git 8 mart they will be remove from councils~~ 5:~~cant use any power on any player at time~~ 6:~~for every report on a councils will be a mart~~
